IMSURE Technologies Ltd is a digital distributor of insurance products. We are not the insurer. Each product is underwritten by an IRA-licensed insurer.
Underwriter
Active underwriter and IRA reference will be confirmed on each policy certificate at the point of sale.
Premium financing & taxes
- Premiums are quoted in KES inclusive of applicable taxes and IPF.
- Wallet redemptions follow the rate displayed at checkout.
Important duties of the customer
- Provide truthful information at signup and at claim.
- Pay the premium on time; non-payment voids cover.
- Notify us promptly of any incident that may lead to a claim.
Important duties of the insurer
- Issue a clear policy document.
- Settle valid claims promptly per the policy wording.
- Comply with IRA conduct-of-business rules.
